Sky Concierge ("we", "us") is a flight concierge that helps members book business- and first-class travel. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you contact us or use our website, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: when you message us on WhatsApp or otherwise contact us: your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email (if provided), and the travel details you share (route, dates, cabin, passengers, preferences, referral code).
• Information collected automatically: when you visit our website: basic technical data our hosting provider records to operate and secure the site (such as IP address, pages requested and browser type). We do not currently run analytics or advertising trackers on this site; if that changes, this policy will be updated first.

How we use your information

• To respond to you, prepare a member price, and arrange and manage your booking.
• To operate, secure, and improve our service and website.
• To process referrals and, with your consent, to send you service-related messages.
• To comply with legal obligations.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide the service:

• Accredited booking partner: to source fares and issue tickets; this partner is the merchant of record for the flight and uses your details to make the booking.
• Service providers: such as messaging and AI providers that help run our WhatsApp assistant and our website host, who process data on our behalf.
• Legal: where required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Messaging & consent

You contact us first (for example via a click-to-WhatsApp link). We use your number to reply within WhatsApp. You can stop messages at any time by telling us, and you may withdraw consent for non-essential communications.

Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us at help@theskyconcierge.com.

International processing

Your information may be processed by us and our service providers in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information and limit access to it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Our service is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children.

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
