These Terms govern your use of Sky Concierge's website and concierge service. By contacting us or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

What Sky Concierge is

Sky Concierge is a membership and concierge service that sources premium-cabin (business and first class) airfares and arranges bookings for members. We are not an airline and are not a travel agency of record. Flights are sold, ticketed, and charged by an accredited booking partner that acts as the merchant of record; that partner's and the operating airline's terms apply to your ticket.

Membership

Membership is by a one-time activation fee of $999, collected on your first booking. It is not charged to join or to receive a quote, and it is not a deposit credited against any ticket. After activation, you pay the applicable member price for each trip.

Pricing & quotes

• Any prices shown on our website or in marketing are illustrative examples, not offers, and do not represent guaranteed savings.
• A member price is provided as a specific quote for your route, cabin, and dates, and is valid only as stated in that quote. Prices and availability can change until a booking is confirmed.
• We do not guarantee any fixed percentage of savings versus airline retail.

Bookings, changes & refunds

Tickets are subject to the fare rules of the operating airline and the booking partner, including any change and refund restrictions, which we will identify before you commit. Many premium fares are non-refundable or carry change fees. Schedule changes and cancellations are handled under those rules.

No airline affiliation

Sky Concierge is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any airline named or implied.

Referrals

Members may refer others and earn a reward only when a referred person completes a real, paid booking. Rewards are never tied to a signup or to the membership fee, and we may modify or end the referral programme.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the service lawfully, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Sky Concierge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the membership fee you paid to us. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will change accordingly. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
